Services for Vera Brecheen, 81, Ada, are 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Danny Stewart officiating. Burial follows in Rosedale Cemetery.
Mrs. Brecheen died April 6, 1997, at her home. She was born Oct. 20, 1915, at Centrahoma, to James Thomas and Ora Mae Shaha Caperton. She spent most of her life in this area and attended Byng Schools. She married Harry David Brecheen, Sept. 16, 1933, at Allen. She was a member of the Southwest Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Harry, of the home; one son Steve Brecheen, Bethany; one brother J. T. Caperton, Edmond, and three grandchildren.
Bearers are Daryl Pults, Bobby Johns, Coleman Pennington, Lewis Winters, Leon Hughey and James Coffey.
