Son of Buford Edward and Betty Hearn Allsup.∼El Paso Times (TX) January 3, 1999 > Kenneth E. Allsup, age 62, of Truth or Consequences, died Friday January 1, 1999. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Elephant Butte. Burial will be private. Survivors include his wife, Annette Allsup; his sons, David Savers and Bernard Ortega; his daughters, Deby Tezak Garner and Betty Campbell; his step-daughters, Kathy Allsup, Christine Blood and Carolyn Milhausen; 18 grandchildren and a brother. He was a retired railroad sheet-metal worker and a lifelong Truth or Consequences resident. Arrangements are by French Mortuary.
