In the 1870 census she and her son are living in Abingdon, Gloucester Co, Virginia. In the census records after that she is living in the Henrico Co/Richmond area. James K. Dabney was a slave holder in Gloucester Co and owned slaves of her age in the 1850 and 1860 slave censuses.

Her death certificate says that she was a domestic in the household of Mr. Gordon Wallace when she died.
