Joseph Bauldoff, Sr., aged 80, well known farmer of Clearfield township, husband of Catherine Spohn Bauldoff, died at his home, Fenelton, R. D. 2 at 6 o'clock last night after a two years' illness. He had been a farmer in Clearfield township for the past 40 years and was well known in that district.
Surviving are his widow: four sons, Joseph, Fr. of East Butler, Harry Bauldoff of Fenelton, R.D. 2: three daughters, Mrs. J. F. Hilderbrand of Fenelton, R.D. 2, Mrs. Leslie W. Claypoole of East Brady and Mrs. Jesse Snyder of Fenelton, R.D. 2; 44 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, a brother, Peter Bauldoff of West Winfield and a sister, Mrs. Katherine Dobson of New Castle.
He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church of Coylesville.
Funeral services will be held from St. Mary's Catholic Church of Herman at 10 o'clock Saturday morning. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.
