Doretta Nonda Beery, the fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Beery, was born in Edgar, Nebr., on August 8, 1916, and passed away at Hastings, Nebr., on May 22, 1930, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., having attained the age of 13 years, 9 months, 14 days.

She leaves to mourn her early and sudden departure from this life, her father and mother and five sisters, Ethel, Erma, Frances, Cilistia and Lola. And besides these other relatives and a host of friends, who had learned to know and love her in her short time with them. And the aching hearts of all cry out, "We loved you, Doretta, all the while, our hearts seem full as they can be; there was room in our hearts for thee."

Funeral services were held at the Edgar M. E. Church, Saturday, May 24, 1930, at 2:30 p.m., conducted by Rev S. G. Rasmuson, pastor of the congregation.

The Pall bearers were; Dorothy Adams, Lois Shuck, Marjorie McPherren, Doris McPherren, Hazel James, Faith James, Velma Adams and Sarah Knigge.

Interment was made in the Edgar Cemetery.
