Jemima Crull Utt Daughter of David (from Germany)and Nancy Bennett Crull.

Jemima Crull was born in Monongalia County, Virginia, now West Virginia, on 1 August 1789. She married Jacob Utt on the 17 of August 1809 in Scioto County, Ohio. Jacob was the first born of Henry Utt II and his wife Lucretia. He was born on the 2nd of July in 1783 in Pennsylvania. He died in Rushville, Missouri in 1847.

Jemima and her family migrated from Ohio to Alton, Illinois by keel boat in 1831. Jacob was a Riverboat man but the trip still took them six difficult weeks. In 1843 they moved to Buchanan County, Missouri. She move with her sons into Kansas in 1855 when it was opened to settlement. In the spring of 1860, Jemima Crull Utt died and was buried on her son's Milton's farm, in Doniphan County, in the Wolf River Cemetery. According to Pioneer Records this cemetery was originally an Indian burial ground. A large Indian Village was just west of this Cemetery. next to Milton Utt's Farm.

Her sons John H. Utt and Josephus Utt are buried in the Olive Branch Cemetery, White Cloud, Kansas.
Milton moved on to pioneer in Colorado.
