HOLLAND TWP. -- Edward F. Stellmah died Wednesday, March 3, 1993, at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Lyons. He was 69.

He was a son of the late John P. and Anna Mary Konkoly Stellmah .

Mr. Stellmah was a carpenter with Carpenter's Union Local 455, Somerville. He retired in 1989.

He was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving as a fireman second class.

He was a 25-year member of the Kingwood Township Rescue Squad; a member of the Frenchtown American Legion, and a member of Milford-Frenchtown Veterans of Foreign Wars post.

Surviving are his wife, the former Ann Lukach Riggi; a son, Joseph A. Stellmah of Holland Township; three daughters, Joann Barends of Baptistown, Donna Larson of Lawrence Harbor and Nancy Stellmah of Frenchtown; five sisters, Hedwig Clostermann of Branford, Conn., Mary Yaros of Fanwood, Anna Mortola of Mt. Sinai, N.Y., Therese Stellmah of Nazareth, Pa., and Virgina Fisher of Alexandria Township; and five grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial was said Saturday at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church, Baptistown. Burial was in Frenchtown Cemetery.

Arrangements were by the W. E. Johnson Funeral Home, Frenchtown.
