Hannah, the second daughter and third of twelve children of Zachariah Hildreth and Elizabeth Prescott was born on 31 January 1758 at Westford, Massachusetts. Hanna married Timothy Hildreth Sr., the son of Joseph and Abigail (Shedd) Hildreth on 15 March 1777 at Westford, Middlesex, Massachusetts. They had eleven children born at Massachusetts:

Timothy Hildreth Sr. Died on 23 April 1817 in his 61st year at Sterling, Massachusetts. The cause of death is listed as suicide. Timothy made his Will on 29 April 1816 and it was proved on 20 May 1817. Wife, Hannah, received everything and was the Executor. The heirs all consented. They were: Richard, Timothy, Hosea, Abel F., Nabby [Abigail], Sophia (Hildreth) Robinson and her husband Winthrop Robinson, Hannah Patten and her husband James P. Patten. Ezekiel (son) did not sign.
Hannah (Hildreth) Hildreth died on 4 January 1826 in her 68th year at Sterling and is buried in the Pan Burying Ground at Bolton, Worcester, Massachusetts.
