Charles Francis Allspach, 88, of Leesburg, died on Wednesday, June 4, 2003. He was a member of Harmony Masonic Lodge #9 F.& A.M., Scottish Rite Bodies and a Shriner.

Mr. Allspach is survived by his wife, Grace of Leesburg, sons; Charles Allspach III, Flagler Beach, Mark Allspach, Warwick, R.I., Skip Waterman, Midlothian, Va. daughters; Deborah Amato, Cranston, R.I., Pam Eldredg, Aberdeen, S.D., Karen Johnson, Virginia Beach, Va., Nancy Dugan, Leesburg, sister, Elna Latham, Peacedale, R.I., 17 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren.

A Memorial Service was held on Sunday, June 8, 2003 at 4:00 P.M. at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1875 S. Mt. Vernon Rd., Leesburg, with Bishop Scott Roti officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice of Lake & Sumter County, 12300 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778.
