Lorena Wenner Virts, 73, a former Purcellville resident, dieed March 27, at the Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home in Winchester. Born in Lovettsville on July 24, 1913, she was a daughter of Charles and Annie Rickard Wenner. Surviving are one son, Joe E. Virts of Cockeysville, Md.; two sisters, Arbutus Harding of Neersville and Ruth Pendley of Lovettsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emery Joseph Virts; one son, Wesley A. Virts; and one daughter, Loretta Tritapoe. Interment was in the Union Cemetery, Lovettsville.
