Margie Eason, age 70 of Monroe, passed away on October 12, 2010. She was born in Social Circle on September 3, 1940 to the late Elmer J. Malcom Sr. and the late Leamon Head Malcom.
She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Robert J. Eason. Surviving are: Daughter: Teresa Thompson of Good Hope; Step-Daughter: Deborah Eason of Bethlehem; Sister and Brother in Law: Rachel and John L. Burt of Nicholson; Brother and Sister in Law: Elmer J. and Sue Malcom Jr. of Douglasville; 2 Grandchildren; 2 Step-Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren and 2 Step- Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held on Friday October 15th at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Malcom officiating. Interment followed at Hill Haven Cemetery.
