Buecker

Greene County native Mrs. Alice Jane Buecker, 58, of Las Vegas, Nev., died Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at her home following a lengthy illness.

Born in Greene County Sept. 16, 1946, she was the daughter of Willard and Alice (Benton) Anderson. She married James Buecker, and he survives.

Surviving in addition to her husband, James, are four daughters, Mrs. Jesse (Rosie Phillips) Jarvi of Minnesota, Mrs. Stacy (Tammy Phillips) Friedelman of Idaho, and Michelle Burns and Mrs. Ron (Shawna Hopper) Davis of Las Vegas; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Wanda Anderson of Alton; and a brother, Paul (wife Ethel) Anderson of Eldred.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Gerald Anderson and Ray Anderson; and a sister-in-law, Drucilla Anderson.

The body was cremated.

Pastor Clyde Myers will officiate at 11 a.m. graveside services Tuesday, July 6, at Borlin Cemetery, southwest of Carrollton.
