DOOLEY, Lucy Faye Epperley, 93, of Roanoke, the Lord called her home, Monday, December 24, 2001. She was predeceased by her husband, Cleve Dooley, twin daughters, Margaret and Mildred Dooley, and twelve brothers and sisters. She was the last surviving child of James and Virginia Epperley, and was a member of the Roanoke Seventh Day Adventist Church. She retired from Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She is survived by five children, Geraldine (Paul) Hodges of Roanoke, Charles Dooley (and friend Madeline) of Pearisburg, A. Leroy (Ann) Dooley of Roanoke, Nellie (Tommy) Anderson of Rocky Mount, Nelson (Elizabeth) Dooley of Vinton; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 27, 2001, with Pastor Peter M. Watts officiating. Burial will be in Daleville Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the Roanoke Seventh Day Adventist Church, and will receive friends at Oakey's North Chapel from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
