OTT -- Clayton H. Sr., 89, White Star Place, Johnstown, formerly of Camp Drive, Windber, died Jan. 13, 1998, at Windber Medical Center. Born Feb. 17, 1908, in Paint Township, son of the late Henry E. and Eliza Jane (Holsopple) Ott. Preceded in death by wife, former Rosanna Betsy Weible, who died Dec. 23, 1997; brother, Clarence Ott; and sisters, Stella Jones and Mabel Faust. Survived by children: Blanche Marie, wife of Ronald Seese, Windber; Clayton H. Jr., married to former Nancy Havers, Windber; Dalton D., married to former Judy Delle, Grand Ridge, Fla.; and Barry A., married to former Janice Jacobs, Johnstown. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Mr. Ott was a teacher in the Paint Township Schools for 15 years and at Windber Area High School for 13 years. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Member and lay minister of St. Thomas Lutheran Church, Hooversville, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, the Rev. Gerald Myers. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Meek Funeral Home Inc., Windber, and one hour prior to service at the church. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to St. Thomas Lutheran Church, Hooversville. Interment, church cemetery.
