She was a loving and caring mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.
Kathryn also known as Kitty, Kattoe, or Kat, was born on Feb. 9, 1935 in Tuskahoma to the late Edward Riley and Martha Jane (Turner) Denton.
She received her education at Buffalo Valley School in Buffalo Valley.
Kathryn and Jerry Dale Andrews were married on June 23, 1951 in Yanush and he later preceded her in death.
She worked as a housekeeping supervisor for the Oklahoma State Department of Veterans Affairs in Talihina for 24 years until she retired in 1992.
Kathryn was a member of the First Assembly of God in Talihina and Cupco Freewill Baptist Church in Yanush.
She enjoyed traveling, gardening, fishing and burning brush piles.
She will be dearly missed by all of her loved ones.
Kathryn is lovingly survived by her three sons, Geary Andrews, and his wife, Louetta, of Little Rock, Dana Andrews, and his wife, Leah, of Porter, and Greg Andrews, and his wife, Pam, of Greenville, Texas; one brother, Edward Junior Denton, of Clayton; one sister, Gertrude Dill, of Talihina; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and six sisters.
Funeral services for Kathryn are at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13 at Cupco Freewill Baptist Church in Yanush with Rev. Alton Linker and Pastor Michael Kennedy officiating.
Pallbearers are Geary Andrews, Jeremy Andrews, Dana Andrews, Marshall Andrews, Greg Andrews and Jerry Andrews.
Burial will follow at Cupco Cemetery.
