Bernice B. Hines, 90, of Lindside, W. Va., died Saturday, August 13, 1994 at a Lindside Care Center. She was born August 13, 1904 at Lindside and was the daughter of the late Soloman and Lizzie Campbell Broyles. She was a retired merchant, where she had operated Hines General Store in Lindside. She was a faithful member of the Rock Camp Missionary Baptist Church for 73 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, L. R. Hines, one brother, three sisters and two great-grandchildren. She is survived by two sons; one sister, Fanny Webb of Peterstown, W. Va.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 16, 1994 at the Broyles Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, W. Va., with the Rev. Donald Lowe and the Rev. Tommy Mount officiating. Burial will follow in the Orchard Cemetery at Ballard, W. Va. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday, August 15, 1994, at the Broyles Funeral Home in Peterstown.
