      Archie Sylvester, 73, of 804 North 9th, died at St. Joseph's Hospital Wednesday night.
      He was born in Brainerd March 4, 1899, and was a retired clerk with the Burlington Northern Railroad.
      He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church and of the Eagles lodge.
      Sylvester is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Louis Eide, Brainerd, Mrs. Olive Lamkin, St. Paul, and Mrs. Julia Fleming, Ontario, Calif., and several nieces and nephews
      Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis Catholic Church, the Rev. Dennis McEnery officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
      Friends may call at the Nelson-Doran Funeral home from 4 p.m. today until the time of services. There will be a parish prayer service at 8 p.m. Thursday. (Brainerd Daily Dispatch, 27 July 1972, p. 2, c. 1)
