Mrs. Allan was born at Bridgeville, this county, and resided practically all of her life in this village. She was united in marriage to Mr. Allan in 1865.
Mrs. Allan suffered a stroke of paralysis in October, 1909, and since that time has been a great sufferer. She is survived by her husband, one sister, Mrs. Thomas Bates, and two brothers, F. W. Burns and Hanford Burns, of Oakland Valley.
The funeral services will be held at the late home this afternoon at 2 o'clock, and the interment will be in the family plot in Rock Ridge Cemetery.
