PAMPA - Clarence E. Swindle, 76, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010, in Roberts County.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with Bob Guillo, minister from Amarillo, officiating. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. in Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon with military honors courtesy of the U.S. Army, Fort Hood.
Mr. Swindle was born Dec. 27, 1933, in Donley County. He had been a resident of the Pampa area since 1970.
Survivors include two daughters, Valerie Conrad of Amarillo and Paula Hendrick of St. Louis; a sister, Floy Graham of Killeen; and a grandson.
The family suggests memorials be to Pampa VFW Post 1657, P.O. Box 2684, Pampa, TX 79066-1657.
