Booneville, Ky., June 26 - Jack W. Tye, 25, of Sturgeon was killed about 3:30 a.m. today when the tractor he was driving ran over a bank and overturned near Scoville.
He was found about 5:30 a.m. and it was estimated that he had been dead for about two hours. He was returning home at the time.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Amanda Tye; five sisters, Mrs. Lewis Brewer of Cincinnati, Mrs. Randolph Brewer of Sturgeon, Mrs. Lloyd Spurlock and Mrs. Pearl Marcum, both of Dayton, Ohio, and Mrs. Christine Marcum of Hazard; two brothers, Steed Tye of Ohio and John Tye of Travelers Rest.
The body is at the King Justice Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have not been made.
