On February 9, 1943, he married Nellie Mae Huebner at Camp Murphy, FL. She preceded him in death on December 2, 1994. He was self-employed as a clockmaker for 15 year, operating Cooper Clock Shop up until the time of his death. Previously, he worked as an inspector at Gilson Mfg. for seven years.
Frank was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls.
Survivors include three daughters, JoAnne (Robert) Finley of Plymouth, Patricia Cooper of Tyler, TX, Jacqueline (Gary) Karpinsky of Milwaukee; three sons, Frank Jr. (Susan) of Sheboygan, Thomas (Cathy) of Delavan, Michael (Cecelia) of Menomonie; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one brother, Vernon (Margaret) Cooper of Auburndale, FL.
He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, two grandchildren and one brother.
Funeral services were held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls.
Burial took place at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Plymouth, WI.
