I searched the entire cemetery and could not find the grave

Many headstones are unreadable. Even though I couldn't find the actual marker, the Franklin County, PA Historical Society's records show the following:"Cromer, Elizabeth b. 30 Apr 1796 d. 22 Sept 1863 67 yrs 1 mo 22 dys""Sarah J. (mother) 1830-1880""Michael (Husband) 1827-1893"I hope this helps.
