For Helen Suhr
Services for Helen Angeline Suhr, 57, of North Platte, were held Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the First Lutheran Church in North Platte with Rev. G. Van Boening officiating. Graveside services were held at 5:00 p.m. at the Christ Lutheran Cemetery in Bazile Mills.
Helen Suhr was born June 1, 1924 to John and Elizabetth Hanten at Sioux Falls, S.D. She died March 2, 1982 at her home in North Platte. She was married to Carl J. Suhr at Sioux Falls on August 21, 1968. They had lived in several communities in Minnesota and North Dakota before moving to South Dakota in 1976. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church in North Platte.
