Larry was born November 11, 1931 in Shelley, ID to Willard and Clara McInelly Barker and was the youngest of thirteen children.
Larry enjoyed many things in life; he was a welder, auto mechanic, and avid fisherman and most importantly, a wonderful man to all, especially his family. He looked forward to spending our annual family gathering at Barker Reservoir fishing and camping. He had a love for antique cars and built his own jeep in 1965.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of thirty-seven years, Seria Barker; three children, Robyn Bronson, Patty (Bill) Phillips, and JoAnna Stultz; six granddaughters, Brandy, Morgan, Kesha, Kylee, Sydney, and Sara; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; twelve siblings; and two sons, Darryl and Mitch.
A visitation is being held on Monday, October 25, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road (1700 West), Taylorsville.
