PIKEVILLE, TN - Willie Akins, 85, died Sunday, October 31, 2010, in the Bledsoe County Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Lori Akins; brothers, Jim, Norman, C.L. and Adophis Akins; sister, Polly McWilliams.
She is survived by son, Randall Akins, of Pikeville, TN; sister, Elizabeth Jolly, of Louisville, Ky.; special nephew, Kenneth Harmon, of Signal Mountain, TN; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. CDT today in the funeral home chapel with Brother Mike Stanifer officiating.
Burial will be in McGlothen Cemetery.
