Rites Thurs. For Mrs. Joe Nealon -

Mrs. Joseph Nealon, 54, died unexpectedly Monday evening in an Albion hospital. Mrs. Nealon entered the hospital early last week for surgery, but death was unexpected.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. this morning (Thursday) in the St. Joseph Catholic Church at Wolbach with the Rev. Thomas Mullowney officiating. Burial was in the Hillside Cemetery at Wolbach.

Mildred M. Nealon was born June 28, 1907, in Boone County to Milford and Olive Nelson. She received her schooling in the Wolbach and Spalding areas.

She was married to Joseph Nealon on Oct 1, 1932 in St. Paul. Following their marriage they made their home on a farm north of Wolbach. She spent her entire lifetime in this area.

Surviving are her husband; three sons, Robert, Wolbach; Joseph, Waco; and Patrick, Ravenna; her mother, Mrs. Olive Jeffres, Hansen, Idaho; a sister, Mrs. Everett Caudill, Wolbach, four brothers, Harley Nelson, Maywood, Ill., Marshall and Myron Nelson, both of Ord; and Kenneth Nelson, Idaho, and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and three brothers.
