The Abilene Chronicle reported her death date as Jul 15, 1933. She is survived by her sons, Henry of Abilene and Wm. of Alta Vista and daughter Mrs. Lydia Kahle of Alta Vista. Funeral services were held at the Woodbine Methodist church with Supt. Rev C B Zook presiding. Mrs. Asling's casket was carried by her nephews, F W and W A Oesterreich, Frank and Albert Timm, Frank Sellin and E F Schmidt.
