JERRY DALY SULLIVAN, born January 5th 1938, age 72, passed away peacefully at home early November 1, 2010. He had lived an active life, supported by his brother Silky who made sure his wants and needs were met. Jerry is survived by his brother, Silky Sullivan and his wife, Joellyn, of Beale Street; two daughters, Shelby Cook of Atlanta, GA, Murphy Sullivan of St. Louis, MO; two sons, Chad Sullivan of St. Louis, MO and Jerry D. Sullivan of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, F. Daly Sullivan and Mary E. Sullivan Kimzey and a son, Steve Sullivan. He attended Gordon Military Academy and Christian Brothers High School, was head of general sales of Spaulding Sporting Goods, Atlanta, GA, President and CEO of Sullivan Co. specializing in Paints & Concrete Chemicals. The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, November 2, at Family Funeral Care-Memphis. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 3, at Calvary Cemetery-Memphis.
