Charley Thacker of Forest street was kicked int he breast by a horse last night and badly hurt. He was unconscious all night and appeared delirious this morning. While he has rested easier throughout the day the family fear his condition is serious.
Mr. Thacker had recently purchased a new team of lively young horses. About 9:30 o'clock last night he went into the barn and being strange to the new horses the one nearest him let drive with both heels. Mr. Thacker was knocked against the barn wall ten feet away and fell unconscious. He was discovered shortly afterwards and carried into the house and a doctor called.
