Miss Anna M. Pennington, 68, died Thursday afternoon at her residence on Moore’s Creek Rd., R. 2, Bloomington. She had been a life-long resident of Monroe County.
Survivors include four brothers, William C. (Jerry), Fred (Bud), and Desmond, all of Moore’s Creek Rd., and J. G. of R. 6, Bloomington; three sisters, Mrs. Allen Bennett and Mrs. John B. Jones, both of Bloomington, and Mrs. Harry Chitwood of Knight Ridge Rd., and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Knight Ridge Church with Rev. Raymond Hughes officiating and Mrs. Leslie Peters and Mrs. John Patton providing the music. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Pallbearers will be nephews, Marvin, Robert, Alfred and Leon Pennington and James and Donald Chitwood.
Friends may call at the Day Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
