Alberto Rico Alday born May 30, 1923, went to be with the Lord on January 10, 2002.
Preceded in death by his son, Larry; grandson, Ambrose.
Survived by wife of 59 years, Helen; sons, Albert (Maria), Richard (Norma) and Sam (Melinda); daughter, Patsy Alday; grandchildren, Mark, Clarissa, Brian, Larry and LeeAnn. Also survived by five great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.
He was a World War II veteran and retired from Davis Monthan Air Force Base after 25 years of service. He will be loved and missed always and forever.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2002 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at St. Ambrose Church, 300 S. Tucson Blvd., with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be offered on Monday, January 14, 2002, 10:00 a.m. also at St. Ambrose Church. Interment to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
