Violet Linley-Clark was born in Chillicothe, Tx in 1914. She married W.D. Clark, June 12, 1934 in Cleburne, Tx. She worked at Taylor's Studio, downtown Ft. Worth where she touched up and tinted photos. She was an artist, and she was also a realtor in Dallas. She was an excellent cook, she loved gardening, she had a green thumb, loved camping & traveling. Was a member of Tate Springs Baptist Church, Arlington, Tx.

ARLINGTON - Violet Linley Clark, a retired real estate agent and homemaker, died Sunday at her Arlington home. She was 78.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Tate Springs Baptist Chruch in Arlington, where she was a member. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Lucas Funeral Home on North Sylvania Avenue is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Clark was born in Chillicothe and was a longtime resident of Arlington.

Survivors: Husband, Worth Douglas Clark of Arlington; two sons, Worth C. Clark and David Eugene Clark, both of Arlington; three daughters, Cindy Gay Pittman, Brenda Kay Fehlbaum and Martha Linda Stevens, all of Arlington; brother, Buford Linley of Grayford; and 14 grandchildren
