Mrs. Baker was born in Union County, N.C. She was the widow of Robert L. Baker and was a Baptist.
Survivors include two daughters, Marjorie Dulgher and Lillie B. Randolph, both of Chesapeake; a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk, by Richard Todd. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
