Patsy Clarice Eddlemon, 63, of Tarkington Prairie, Texas died Monday, July 29, 2002 at the Kingwood Medical Center in Kingwood. A native of Macedonia, she had lived in the Liberty County area her entire life. She is a member of the Joy Fellowship Church in Tarkington Prairie and was a retired custodian for the Tarkington Independent School District. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, August 2, 2002 at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Dayton with the Rev. Malcolm Land officiating. Burial will follow at the Ryan Cemetery in Tarkington Prairie. She is survived by here Husband: Thurman Eddlemon of Tarkington Prairie; Brother: Joe Smith and his wife Faye of Dayton; Sisters: Pearl Vandver of Jacinto City, Gladys Franklin of Macedonia, Amy Crippens and her husband Lloyd of Jacinto City, Charlene Gregory of Dayton and Norma Hicks and her husband Gene of Crosby; 17 Nieces and Nephews, 27 Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews and 7 Great-Great Nieces and Great-Great-Nephews. The family will receive friends both Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.
