John T. Chunn Special to the Tribune Clinton, Ind., Sept 3--John T. Chunn, age 78, one of Vermillion county's pioneers, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Bruce Whitesell, near Libertyville yesterday. He had been in ill health for the past year and was bedfast for six months. Heart trouble and cerebral hemorrhage caused his death. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Whitesell, Kate McWethy, Guthrie, Okla., and Mrs. Levi Taylor of this city, and two brothers, Charles Chunn of Terre Haute and Frank Chunn, who lived at the Whitesell home. Funeral services are to be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Whitesell home, with burial in Rose Hill cemetery.
