MRS SAMUEL BOYD DIES AT MISSION, KANSAS. Two Sisters, Two Brothers Reside in This Area.

Mrs Mary Patricia Boyd, widow of Samuel Boyd, died this morning in the Shawnee Mission hospital, Mission [s/b Merriam], Kansas. She was 87.

The remains are being returned to Chillicothe to be received by the Gordon Home for Funerals. Arrangements for the services are incomplete and will be announced Tuesday.

Mary Patricia McKenzie, daughter of Robert McKenzie and Mary Ann (McManus) McKenzie, was born March 17, 1878, in Livingston County.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Lenexa, Kansas.

Survivors are three sons, Robert Boyd, Overland Park; Russell Boyd, Amarillo, Texas, and Harold Boyd, Kansas City; two sisters, Mrs John Feeney and Mrs Agnes Grant, Chillicothe; four brothers, Robert McKenzie, Wheeling; Joe McKenzie, Meadville; Hugh McKenzie, Omaha, Nebraska, and L A McKenzie, Hannibal; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Mrs Boyd was preceded in death by her husband, in 1960, and by two sons, Jack and Manus; three sisters, and one brother.
