Statt Anderson, 88, of Kanawha Two Mile died at the home of his daughter Mrs. Lelia Casdorph on Casdorph Road.

Mr. Anderson was born in Jackson County, but had spent most of his life in Kanawha County. He was a member of the Wesley Chapel Methodist Church.

Also surviving are his wife, Anna, six sons, Hoyt, Robert, John and Odie of Chandler Drive, Govie of Kanawha Two Mile and Rev. Warren Anderson of Pocatalico; 25 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.

Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. Wesley Chapel Methodist Church, Rev. Ray Morton and Albert Bostic officiating. Burial will be in Jenkins Cemetery on Kanawha Two-Mile.

The body is at the Cunningham Funeral Home.
