Walter Haase, 51, died at his home south of Hillpoint on Monday morning.
He is survived by his wife; his mother, Mrs Bertha Hasse; one son, Emil, of Hillpoint; and two daughters, Dorothea, Mrs George Soderstrom, and Miss Leona, both of Madison.
One son preceded him in death.
He is also survived by one brother and six sisters; Otto, Hillpoint; Mrs Ed Collies, Mrs John Backman, Mrs Raymond Kaney, Reedsburg; Mrs Albert Hinze, Mayer, Minn.; Mrs Herman Burmeister, Caledonia, Minnesota.; Miss Rose Hasse, Milwaukee.
The funeral is to be held this afternoon, Thursday, at 1:30 p.m. at the home and at 2 p.m. at St Paul's Lutheran Church in Hillpoint. The Rev C. A. Kraemer to officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
