Johnnie Lois Weaver Ballinger, 84, of Azle, Tx, passed away on March 30, 2013.
She was born on February 8, 1929 in Comanche County to James Estel Weaver and Myrtle Lois Mauney Weaver. She married Leon Ballinger in Weatherford on June 14, 1968.
Johnnie was a member of First Baptist Church of Ft. Worth. She was a homemaker. She loved embroidering, fishing and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Ann Renfro of Alvarado; sons, Johnny L. Heaton of Azle, Billy W. Heaton of Azle, and Roy G. Heaton of Burleson; brother, James Weaver; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
Johnnie was preceded by her husband; parents; and daughter, Wanda Jean Heaton.
Graveside funeral services were held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 11 a.m. in De Leon Cemetery. Brother Jackie Auvenshine officiated the services.
