"Uncle Louis" or "Lewis" was the youngest son of the William Jesse Green - Elizabeth Myers union. His father was lynched (Sept 26, 1884) when he was 2 yrs. and his mother married John Andrew Martin. He was raised in the Martin Family, and knew his Green siblings well. He owned some small ranches in the Big Bend area at one time and another. He was also a "government trapper" at one time in his life. He was killed in a car accident in Wyoming in 1952. He was never married and had no children. Birth @ Pancake is just a guess. We know he was born somewhere nearby. Pancake had been Babbsville prior to 1880.
