OBITUARY

Funeral Services for Bob Graves Held Wednesday

Funeral services were held in Plains Wednesday for Robert Lucian Graves, 71, who died Saturday at a Missoula hospital.
The Rev. E. V. Edworthy officiated at the services at the Community church. Shrider's Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Albert Avery, Hugh Liden, Clarence Vacura, Wes Airhart, Frank March and Olin Ashcraft. The later two from Hot Springs.

Mr. Graves was born on December 8, 1882 at Todd County, Minn., the son of William O. and Lucy Cumings Graves. He moved to Plains in 1904 and during his lifetime was engaged as a logger and lumberman.

He was married on Feb. 3, 1906 to Ella Bell Gregg in Plains. Survivors include the widow, a son, Delbert of Polson; two stepsons Robert Gravelle, Plains and Richard Gravelle, Hot Springs; three sisters, Mrs. Ben McNeeley, Missoula, Mrs. Zoe McNeeley, Portland, Ore., and Mrs Emma Wolfe, Eugene, Ore. Two grandchildren also survive.

NOTE: They were married February 5, 1908 per Montana Marriage License Number 32 not Feb. 3, 1906 per obituary.
