S. A. Alderman Jr., 71, of Laurel Fork, died Monday, November 15, 1999, at his home.
Surviving are his wife, Vivian Burnette Alderman of the home;
three daughters, Rhonda A. Horton of Hillsville, Sandra Alderman and Glenda Alderman, both of Cana;
one son, S. A. Alderman III of Laurel Fork;
two sisters, Bell Sutphin and Alvey Sutphin, both of Laurel Fork;
and one grandson.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady chapel in Hillsville.
Pastor Harold Fenstermaker will officiate.
Burial will be in the Sollie Alderman cemetery.
The family will receive friends tonight (Wednesday) from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
