SULLIVAN -- Otis W. Abercrombie, 83, of Sullivan died at 12:57 a.m. Friday (March 12, 1999) at the Sullivan Masonic Home.
He was born July 2, 1915, in Stewardson, a son of Raymond and Minnie (Storm) Abercrombie. He married Sybil I. Reed July 1, 1949. She survives.
Also surviving is one sister, Leota Rathbun of Decatur.
Mr. Abercrombie was retired from Oliver Corp. of Shelbyville and Fedders Corp. of Effingham. He was a member of the First Christian Church and a member of the Windsor Masonic Lodge.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, one sister, one half-brother, one half-sister and one stepsister.
