JAMES UTLEY DIES IN CHULA

James Utley, a pioneer resident of Chula, passed away Wednesday evening at eight o'clock at his home. Mr Utley, who was eighty-six years old, resided on a farm near Chula until tel [sic] years ago when he retired and moved to Chula.

Mr Utley is survived by four daughters, Mrs C M Darr of this city and Mrs Nora Jenkins of Chula. Mrs Nina Pettit of Columbus, Nebraska and Mrs Maggie Willis of Orange, California.

Mr and Mrs C M Darr went to Chula today to attend the funeral. Arrangements for the funeral have not been made.
