TANGIER'S OLDEST RESIDENT DIES IN NURSING HOME

Mrs. Icy Lindley, age 99, Tangier's oldes resident, died Saturday in the Americana Nursing Home, Urbana, Ill.
A former school teacher, she was active in community affairs during her earlier years.
She married Stephen G. Lindley on April 28, 1895. To this union was born one daughter, Dora Ruth Lindley.
She is survived by seven grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Tuesday at the Rush Creek Church, with Rev. Rachel Osborn and the Rev. B. F. Nickless officiating. Burial was in Rush Creek Cemetery. Woodrow Funeral Home of Kingman had charge of arrangements.
