Mrs. Alice Amelia Weaver, 74, the wife of Ollie Weaver, died at 4:15 a.m. today at the family home at 613 East 6th Street.
Mrs. Weaver was born February 7, 1892 near Burwell, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Anderson.
The Weavers have resided in York the past two years, coming here from Cheyenne, Wyoming. They were married in York June 14, 1919.
Surviving are her husband; one son, Kenneth Lee, Saugus, California; twin daughters, Mrs. James Montgomery and Mrs. Martha Meese, Cheyenne; her step-mother, Mrs. Mamie Anderson, Burwell; a sister, Mrs. Ray Mayfield, Lincoln; a step-brother, Carl Anderson, Burwell; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mrs. Fred Beaver and Mrs. Melvin Reetz, both of York, are a sister-in-law and niece, respectively.
Funeral services are pending at the Metz Mortuary.
