Marie Steinmetz March 14, 1926–Dec 7, 2009 Marie peacefully passed away on December 7th at the age of 83. She was preceeded in death by her loving husband of 62 years Edward C. Steinmetz of Sunnyvale. What a glorius reunion that must have been. Born in New York, Marie was an Italian Catholic who believed in the power of prayer. She was always praying for people. She was a loyal friend, a devoted mother to Marie Lumazar and loving grand mother to Christopher Lumazar both of Boulder Creek, CA. Marie was a lover of life. She loved music, the ocean and animals never forgetting to feed the birds. She loved cooking her great Italian meals for her family which we will greatly miss. She was a woman of great compassion who had a heart of gold. She taught us by example. Marie leaves behind her loving brother Peter Pugliese, a niece and nephews including Theodore Pugliese. We love you and will miss you beyond measure. God bless you always dear one – until we meet again. She was an angel in life and now she is an angel in heaven. Rest in Peace.
