Mary Jane Cagnoli, 76, 3303 Charlotte St., died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2001, at Saint Vincent Health Center.
She was born Oct. 15, 1925, in Erie, daughter of the late Herbert and Loretta Whitman Biebel.
She worked for Trask Department Store for five years. She previously worked for The Boston Store for six years.
She graduated from Millcreek High School in 1942.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Cagnoli, in 1999; a sister, Anne M. Almeda; and a brother, Nicholas Biebel.
Survivors include three daughters, Sue Kuhn and her husband, Norman, and Denise Gressley and her husband, Chris, all of Erie, and Mary Kopec and her husband, Thomas, of Circleville, Ohio; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Francis V. Kloecker Funeral Home, 2502 Sassafras St. A service will be held there Friday at 9:30 a.m., followed by Mass at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 816 W. 26th St.
Burial will be at Erie Cemetery.
