Edna L. Alsup, 78, died Friday in the Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
She was a daughter of Clarence Elonzo Martin "Lon" Beaury and Georgia Ann Scott. She married Levi Jackson "Jack" Alsup on October 11, 1920, Caruthersville, MO.
Survivors include five sons, Wilbur Jackson Alsup, James Warren Alsup, Jesse Wayne Alsup, Richard Earl Alsup and Ernest Monroe Alsup; three daughters, Mrs. Troy (Norma) Poplin, Mrs. Bobby (Margaret) Vickery and Mrs. James (Eva) Bowling; two brothers, Esper Beaury and Thomas Beaury; 36 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1963, two daughters, Edith Juanita Alsup and Luella Ann Colbenson, one brother George Ovle Beaury and a half-brother, Elbridge Garry Scott; and one grandson, Stephen Dale Alsup.
