She was the youngest child of the family of Mr. and Mrs. "Bat" Prather.
Her father preceded her in death about 10 years ago.
Her mother, Mrs. James Greenwood, still survives to mourn her loss along with the others relatives and friends.
She was united in marriage to Lloyd Blackburn, Feb. 3, 1932. Thus her sad demise bring to a close this brief but happy union.
Nettie was a bright cheerful soul to her many friends who mourn her going away, but who will always hold in remembrance her youth and cheerfulness.
She leaves her husband, her mother, Mrs. James Greenwood, two brothers, Forrest Prather, of Jacksonville, Ill., and Alvin of Winchester, Ill., one sister, Mrs. Wanona Evans, of Winchester, two Uncles, Wm. Waid, of Jacksonville, and one at Max, North Dakota, also two aunts, Mrs. Albert Gauges of Glasgow and Mrs. Ben Neal of Toledo, Ill.
